A rarely offered rock garden gem with roundish dark green leaves and as the common name implies, spherical flower heads. It grows very tight, ideal for fairy gardening and troughs. It's not a true blue (for that you'll have to get a few gentians) but relatively close. Please note if you receive them January thru mid April: at that point they are semi-dormant, looking like they suffered from shipping. But that's normal and they'll recover as spring progresses.
